AUTOMATIC MATRESS TAPE EDGE MACHINE
MATE-4001 is indispensable machine of all mattress manufacturers for tape edging operation. It's goal is to increase the amount of production with reducing labour force. It offers to produce different size and heigth of mattresses in one machine with a rigid corner rotation system and provides maximum comfort for labours.
HEMMING MACHINE
Add sealing edge function, non shuttle working, out put fabric with over lock four sides.
Presser foot can be adjusted according to material thickness.
Using touch screen operation interface, simple and convenient operation.
The system has many functions, such as output counting, quilting size setting and needle spacing setting.
CONVEYOR
We offer belt driven indexing conveyors for transfering mattress onto other stations to remove the need to manual handling. We have different types of conveyor such as silicone belt pvc belt conveyor, flip/flop conveyor, roller conveyor ,alignment conveyor, mattress inspection conveyor, press conveyor, cross conveyor.
PACKING
ARM-ROLLPACK allows you to compress and roll-pack bonnel spring,pocket spring and foam mattresses effectively. In this way, more products will be shipped in container-based transportation,decrease freight charges, and making mattress transportation easier at internet shopping.
